At Nairobi IGF: "Mapping Internet Governace" workshop
Internet Governance is primarily about solving real-life problems.
There is one need that you have in common with all other stakeholders,
regardless of what internet-related challenges they want to contribute
to solving:
In order to develop an effective strategy for your efforts, you need a
lot of information about the various issues that are related to your
particular points of concern, and about the complex landscape of
Internet Governace institutions and fora.
The "Mapping Internet Governace" workshop at the IGF in Nairobi
(Wednesday September 28, 09.00-10.30 East African Time, Conference Room 4)
has explored the needs for a "Map" containing such information and what
is desired regarding the structure and content of such a Map, from
various perspectives.

the European Commission - Directorate-General Information Society
and Media [EU]
Thomas Lowenhaupt: Founder & Chair, Connecting.nyc Inc. [USA]
